Now, I've defragged before using PitStop and after. I don't recall ever having downloaded Firefox 5 onto the laptop, however, if you say it is there from the PitStop results, it must be. Edit: Also forgot to mention that his computer is lagging extremely badly in games now possibly due to the cpu usage but is also freezing and going into an infinite loop.
